The average length of time a MAPDJ member has been a professional DJ is 8 years. Many have been in business for over 20 years. Nothing can replace experience. Think of experience as an insurance policy. With a MAPDJ at the helm you won't need to make a claim! Newer amateur DJ's that have less then 3 years experience may not be qualified to perform at your event. They may only perform 8 to 10 dances a year. Those events may include club work or high schools. Most MAPDJ members perform at least 30 events per year with the majority comprising of weddings or company functions. This gives you, your insurance policy knowing the experience is there.

All MAPDJ members are registered with the state. This gives you security knowing the MAPDJ member you choose is in business to stay in business and is not an under the table unreliable service. (Cash only low price)

MAPDJ members meet our minimum quality equipment standards. You won't see a home stereo at your event! All our members use professional grade DJ equipment.

MAPDJ members have access to emergency equipment. Even if it comes from another member. MAPDJ members will help each other out in an emergency. The show must go on! 

Being a member of this association means we are dedicated to realizing the need for better professionals within our industry. We work at learning new techniques in entertaining you and your guests. We find out what is the best and most reliable equipment on the market. This alone ensures a high quality professional at your event.

Members are always improving the quality of their events, so every event we perform at, is the best! If it were only the sound and lights you need then you could buy the cheapest price you find.
